“High-Tech” Septic Solutions
Septic systems have evolved over the centuries
from conventional gravity fed systems with limitations to alternative septic systems that use pressure!
A brief history of septic by Don Wolf (ancient
to present “conventional systems thus transitioning into the next paragraph.) Septic Systems originated with the
use of ??? by the ??? around ??? (time). These systems were ???

In recent years, it used to be that septic systems
were limited to conventional “gravity-fed” systems. These systems
have their limitations like for example substandard soil, high water tables and restrictive subsurface layers. The limitations of conventional systems have rendered many properties seemingly worthless until now.
Using the latest cutting-edge septic technology,
these problems are no more! The new hi-tech septic alternative systems or “unconventional
systems” like drip emitter systems and mound systems solve the problems that conventional septic systems could not!
For property owners, this means that their property
that was previously unable to be developed isn’t worthless anymore! For
investors and developers this means that low cost investment properties can now be purchased and developed for a profit!
Alternative or “Unconventional” Septic
Systems:
1. Drip Emitter
Drip Emitter Systems solve septic problems such
as High Water Tables or Restrictive Layers (rock) by allowing effluent to be discharged closer to the surface.
2. Mound
(Question Don: Aren’t the peat moss and
sand mound systems both covered under mound rather than a #3 & #4? Or should
they be numbered as 3 & 4?)
Allows seasonal high water table areas to be utilized
by elevating the discharge entry point to provide satisfactory distance for effluent treatment in these areas.
Types of Mound Systems:
A: Peat Moss
Peat Moss systems discharge a class one effluent
that can be discharged in to High Water Tables.
B: Sand Mound
Dads Septic and Well Service has a proprietary
elevated Sand Mound System, which provides a class 1 effluent treatment and allows aesthetically pleasing absorption areas
that match the surrounding landscape.
(Question: What other systems are there? What
about the Singulair precast concret all in one Residential Treatment Unit below?)
